Transitional & Supportive Housing

We help connect individuals and families with safe short-term and long-term housing options, including:

• Rooms or apartments made available by local landlords
• Rehabbed properties turned into affordable units
• Partnerships with local organizations and churches

Our goal is to move people out of survival mode and into stable housing, where they can begin to plan for the future.

Property Rehab & Creative Housing

H.O.P.E. is working to:

• Identify vacant or distressed properties in Scranton
• Partner with schools, trades programs, and volunteers to rehab them
• Turn them into safe, code-compliant, affordable homes

Future: Tiny Homes & Small Units

We are exploring small and tiny homes, village-style communities, and other creative models to provide low-cost, dignified housing for our neighbors.
