Housing Opportunities Providing Empowerment (H.O.P.E.) is a community-based effort in Scranton, Pennsylvania. We believe that housing is the foundation for everything else.

We work to connect people experiencing homelessness — or at risk of homelessness — with safe, stable housing and the support they need to move forward.
